PDG! Okay, spot on for Hope, as far as I am concerned. 5 points. Kerfuffle is commotion, disturbance, outburst. Tammy, sort of in the psychological ballpark with "confuse," but not really correct. Great try, though.

I did a sentence and a definition so I thought I got ten points (kerfuffle).
Solon, this is a total guess.
She got a sunburn after lying on the beach all day. She thought this was kind of unfair since all she was trying to do was get her solon.
