Does kerfuffle mean to confuse?
Palin tends to kerfullfe her critics by using words outside of their normal literal definition.

Kerfuffle? I thought it was kerfluffle all these years! (That was a purposely pretentious comment).
What's all the kerfuffle about? It's just an election. Congress has all the power anyway.
To get ones feather ruffled.
I'd say I'm on the right path but somehow don't think I've nailed this one.
